Order Status

Once you get to the order form, you will be asked to provide your email address. Shortly after you complete the purchase, we will send you an email that will contain your order confirmation number. Please refer to that number when you call our 24 hour customer service (888-427-2437 (888-4-A-PAGER)) with questions about your order status.

Security

  1. Your Credit Card information is secure while being transferred. Metrocall utilizes Secure Sockets Layers (SSL), to safeguard your credit card information. SSL encrypts your data so that none of your personal information can be read in transit. Metrocall's security certificate is provided by Verisign.

  2. Metrocall uses 56 bit DES (Data Encryption Standard) Key Encryption technology to store your credit card information in our database.

  3. In order to ensure that the information that you send is encrypted:
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer: Verify that the lock in the lower right hand corner of your browser is in the closed position.
    • Netscape Navigator: Verify that the key in the lower left hand corner of your browser is unbroken.

Shipping Options*

We offer two methods of shipping for the fastest delivery:

  1. Standard: Your package will arrive within 7-10 business days
  2. Priority: Your package will arrive within 3-5 business days

Unfortunately, Metrocall does not deliver to PO boxes.

*Metrocall is not able to offer priority shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Standard shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is available for an additional $10.
