How the Program Works
How it works: Metrocall will enclose a messaging device
return kit with your order (please note that trade-in units must be a
900 MHz Motorola messaging device in good working condition). When you
receive your new wireless device, look for the messaging device return
pouch with instructions. Insert your old messaging device into the self-addressed
pouch, seal the package and ship it back to Metrocall. Upon receipt of
the messaging device and it is verified to be working, Metrocall will
credit your account.
